    Before we partner with any investor we have a call in which we value your investing goals, the amount of capital you're looking to invest and how we can best help you reach those goals

    We place you in an investment that fits the goals you're looking to achieve

  • 03 - MONTHLY MEETINGS

    After the investment is purchased we will have a monthly meeting with the investors on a particular project/investment to give updates and answer any questions asked

    After the property has reached a place where it can be liquidated it will be sold

    Each investors will have a 10 on 1 meeting with us to reevaluate their investment goals. Many investors want to 1031 exchange into a need property while others want to cash out. Each investor is different
